Daily Duties at Ehpt Usa / Ericsson Cms:

Highly visible senior leadership role participating in overall business planning, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems as related to the company's competitive position. Responsible for software development, product quality, software delivery, infrastructure, lab and tools, PMO, customer training/support, and management of a team of up to 40 project managers and technical staff. Led immediate objectives of turning around Software quality and implementation, and defining new strategic decisions affecting business development, marketplace positioning, and operational capabilities. • Acted as Performance Leader & Driver of Change. Created a business excellence culture, establishing disciplined processes and controls, and rigorous methodology and delivery framework. Results (i.) increased resource utilization to 70%, while implementing ISO 9001 quality processes and improving customer delivery, (ii.) transformed Services Margin from -35% (2000) to +19% (2001), (iii.) Reduced Days Sales Outstanding by over 50%, (iv.) optimized and re-engineered a global, SAP-based supply chain to improve customer service and delivery efficiency. • Maximized Business Value & Opportunities. As a strategic asset to the organization, provided vision and direction to penetrate/expand market segments and customer base. Improved revenues by 35% in spite of down economy and depressed industry (telecommunications) by resolving quality issues in development and aligning technology objectives with corporate and business development goals. • Delivered Responsive Customer Service. Acted as a customer advocate, ensuring performance levels were established, proper support was provided and customer needs were satisfied. Formalized testing procedures and documentation – Lab Testing (Unit and System Testing) and on-site (Integration and End-to-End Testing), significantly improving customer satisfaction.
