Daily Duties at Ross Consulting Inc.:

Consulting firm providing senior-level professional services in two areas: Program/Project Management and Interim C-Level services. With experience in multiple industries, the services range from being systems-related (specializing in the design, specification, selection, integration, and implementation of IT and BSS, including areas of billing, CRM, revenue assurance, collaboration, and asset management) to being business-related (performance-based metrics; alignment of IT and business operations; organizational change; establishing corporate and board level governance; and facilitating sales and marketing alignment toward achieving business objectives). • Successfully Manages Large-Scale Engagements, Domestically and Internationally. Assignments include (i.) managing and deploying fully-integrated billing/provisioning/performance management platforms from a PMO perspective to 15 locations globally, (ii.) producing and documenting initial architectures and high-level business processes for two carrier environments, (iii.) designing and implementing competitive selection process for System Integrator selection and selection of various software components, minimizing costs and leading to less contested contract negotiations. • Establishes Best Practices Operational Environments. Acts as a consultative partner to both business and IT decision-makers, identifying opportunities, facilitating the sales cycle, and delivering overall project success and client satisfaction. Successfully manages engagements and project teams, leveraging strengths in: business development, client relationships, project management, negotiation, risk assessment, communication, and the ability to excel in fast-paced situations. • Provided Interim-CEO guidance to multinational group of companies. As Interim-CEO, I initiated organizational and operational business discipline in the areas of Performance-based Compensation, Marketing ROI-based Decision-making; alignment of Sales and Marketing; and Performance-based business operations.
