Executed competitive conversions and maintained growing base of $3.6 million worth of capital diagnostic equipment in clinical settings--hospitals and reference laboratories. Developed proven account strategies to maintain high level of customer satisfaction; coordinated selling efforts with other team members; and utilized company’s resources to implement strategies to completion. Exclusively marketed, implemented, and trained customers on the use of Molecular Diagnostics device used in clinical pathology labs within hospitals, reference laboratories, ambulatory care centers, and medical offices. Gained market share on key profitable products via identification of new opportunities, and by ensuring GPO, IDN, and IHN preferred-product compliance. Managed existing business relationships within hospital personnel, C level executives, Managers of GPO's, and with partners in distribution.
