Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:
Member of U.S. Benefits Administration team, responsible for fit-gap analysis of new product, creation of user specification requirements, testing, and end-user training • Represented Intel Benefits Services on global HRIS (PeopleSoft v.8.8) upgrade project. Provided process knowledge expertise to ensure business requirements were met through use of new product. Full-cycle implementation from initial design through prototyping, testing, and implementation. • Managed stakeholders and end users by providing communications, technical support, and training. • Ensured organizational readiness by updating all intranet content, converting all systems-related desktop procedures to web-based help system, and developing and delivering end-user training.
