Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:

Member of Fab11X HR team, supporting one of Intel’s largest U.S. manufacturing sites. • Provided training to management on best HR practices, including performance management and employee development, to independently solve HR issues. • Implemented corporate HR initiatives to the local management, ensuring stakeholder training and readiness • Partnered with employees and business units to ensure consistency, fairness and legal compliance in the work environment. • Conducted research and investigations of complex employee relations issues, interpreted policies and guidelines, and developed recommendations. • Managed HR Dashboard corporate hiring/integration/development/turnover/diversity metrics to educate management and to drive organizational change through the use of data. • Collected and analyzed corporate manager feedback survey results to identify manager development opportunities. • Implemented and delivered manager professional development sessions to build management capability and positively impact manager-employee relations. • Trained managers and coordinated annual and midyear performance review processes for approximately 1900 employees in compliance with HR and corporate initiatives and guidelines. Lead HR team to educate managers on the philosophy and systems to ensure a fair and equitable process for all employees. • Partnered with Plant Manager to leverage performance review process as a key opportunity to value employee strengths and contributions, and to positively affect the organization’s perceptions of reward and recognition, thus improving employee/manager relationships and reducing turnover. • Supported development of the business unit’s 2006 Affirmative Action Plan for an organization of over 15,000 employees. Conducted an analysis of existing corporate programs, turnover/hiring metrics, in addition to career progression data to develop action plans for the business going forward. • Identified diverse employee turnover trends, thus allowing managers to develop and implement customized action plans to retain key diverse employees as part of the business unit’s Employee At Risk Assessment.
