Responsible for major cash handling and daily bank deposits. Dependable receptionist providing caring, friendly customer service. Answer 175-200 calls per day on 8-line Inter-Tel phones utilizing Inter-Tel Attendant console software, version 3.004. Sales support includes cashiering, use of office machines, and use of A/S 400 to enter furniture exchanges, work orders, fabric loans, and inventory checks. Creation of gift cards, gift receipts, and duplicate receipts. Receive payments on customers’ accounts. Order and stock office and first aid supplies. Special projects such as hand-written price tags.
