• Responsible for all safety, and loss prevention training • Create and facilitate new safety, and operations training curriculum • Responsible for day to day operations of district with sales exceeding $400 million annually • Manage district profit and loss • Identify and reduce safety and risk losses • Conduct internal investigations and interviews • Support management of up to 1900 associates • Forecasting and Labor Analysis • Ensure environmental, and OSHA compliance standards through training and audits
