I have learned that no matter wher I am at you can always fin something to do and someone can always use yu for something if you are open to it. For instance with my current employer I have worked many double simply because I was needed and wanted to help my fellw workers. I have gained experiance in so many areas around the plant for the simple fact that I am open to learning. Focasing on the whole ball rather than just the grooves can be so much more rewarding!!
