Daily Duties at Uniworld Group, Inc.:
Lead advertising/marketing team in the design and execution of successful high profile multicultural/urban brand consumer 360 marketing campaigns, consumer promotions and experiential executions on the national, regional and local levels. These strategies have consistently been groundbreaking, award winning and lead to dramatic increases in corporate revenue and visibility. I well versed in the 4 A’s of agency procedures and ISO 2000. I have a clear understanding of the science of advertising, marketing and the nuances' of the client, agency and consumer segments. This insight along with expertise in marketing functions such as research, creative, data analytics, media planning, CRM, social media, public relations and community relations are the keys to my success. Directed a staff of over 30 with 12 direct reports, with P&L management and responsible for $34 million annual operating budget. I daily coordinated with all levels of client and agency management in forging creative, media, experiential, production, web, finance, PR, HR, and vendor management strategies.
