Daily Duties at Cbr Inc.:
Opened in October 2000. Responsibilities included all personnel accountabilities including hiring, training, promoting, counseling and coaching of staff. Responsible for all merchandising aspects in store along with the receiving and ordering of all existing products plus introducing all new products. Promoted to Multi-Unit manager in 11 months. Multi-Unit Manager- Oversaw operation of 5 specialty stores in the Pgh. International Airport. Responsibilities included: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, administrating employee benefits, training store managers, staff and receivers. 5 stores with 5 different themes and concepts.
