Daily Duties at Netflix:

Responsible for overseeing the service, performance and operation of 6 regionalized shipping centers within the United States. My primary responsibility is as the mentor and coach for the hub managers that are assigned to my region as well as other regions. I have face to face contact with each of my direct reports on a regular basis, so regionalized travel is a big component of the job. Also responsible to drive the corporate culture out to the hubs and ensure the hubs are processing in the uniform manner that has been defined. Directly responsible for ensuring the shipping centers meet the highest level of service, quality and cost targets that have been established.
