Daily Duties at General Dynamics:
Directed engineering, contracts, quality, purchasing & production staff in meeting corporate committed goals in 4th quarter of 2003 resulting in 80% increase in throughput by administrating hands-on Leadership. Directed & managed the quality department to meet corporate/customer requirements and flow down all government contractual requirements through the ISO elements and company Quality Manual.
