Lead the Materials, Warehouse, Inventory Control/Mgt and Ship/Rec/Distribution Teams through a process transformation by teaming with the ERP & MRP Group to implement across the Supply Chain resulting in a reduction in force (RIF) with a labor cost savings of $1.6M in 1Q. Integrated three programs from two satellite-operating facilities with revenue of $35M into 1-Site resulting in $2.9M cost savings with a six-month timetable
