Daily Duties at Orkal Industries:
Re-Launched ERP system to reset all Inventory levels, SKU Base and eliminate obsolete sub-processes – Creating Process efficiencies and new Direct Feed/Kan-Ban systems for warehousing and assemblies. Implemented S&OP Process to streamline Business processes and targeted new business markets and increased business capabilities. • Implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies and improved Ship/Receive, Warehouse, Document Management and Records storage processes
