 Bridge Rating and Overload Permitting using LRFD and PONTIS.  Pier capacity analysis for design and design checks. Concrete and timber piers.  Timber bridge inspection, analysis, and recommended repair.  Emergency and educational planning.  Asphalt and concrete inspection for construction of interstate 10.  Asphalt Roadway design and drafting (Microstation).
