Daily Duties at St Mary’s Medical Center Emergency Room:
Assumed total patient care for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Administered medications, educated patients, triaged patients, admitted patients, gave report, performed patient assessments, documented actions in patient charts, aided in discharges and discharge education and admissions. Work with healthcare team. Gave patient’s referrals to clinics for follow-up treatment. Shadowed my preceptor and the charge nurse.
