Performed daily Physical Assessments, head-to-toe exam and skin checks. Administer duo-nebulizers and oxygen via nasal cannula and masks. Gastrostomy Tube flushing, medication via GT, JT. Provided ostomy and surgical wound care. Changed dressing of IV peripheral sites, PICC lines, Midlines and Central Lines. Posted MD/NP New orders and Telephone orders. Completed processes of New patient admission, Patient Transfer, Patient Discharge Bariatric Patient education and their families. Changed Surgical dressing. Monitored patients Lab results.
