Daily Duties at Armenian Nursing And Rehab:
Charge Nurse, responsible for patients and staff on 41-bed sub acute unit, duties include passing medications and narcotics, applied Duragesic topical patches, nitroglycerin nitrobid paste, PO, subcutaneous injections: Insulin, Glucagon, Vaccines, PPD, and Psychotropic drugs. Administer IV fluids. Physical assessment, Wound care involving Decubitus Ulcers Stage 1-1V, surgical wound dressings, irrigations and wound-Vac, Administered duo-nebulizers and oxygen, Gastrostomy Tube flushing, medicated via GT, ordered medications weekly for 41 patient caseload. Supervision of staff nursing and CNAs.
