Daily Duties at Copano Energy Services, Llc:
Gas Plant Team member assigned to the implementation of software for the Gas Plant Accounting system from Solarc / Ties Company. Implementation includes all phases of Gas Plant set installation from spreadsheets to the new software program. Primary duties include: Allocation of residue and liquids to producers, contract administration, inter-company journal entries, also processing of Natural Gas Liquids purchases and sales invoicing for receivables and remittance of payables as provided under the provisions of the current contract. Other duties include pipeline cash outs, Inventory reports and invoicing for tariff charges if applicable and maintaining Opis pricing reports. I successfully assisted the company in a 5 year audit to transition from a private to a public company. Completed and passed all Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements concerning the Houston Central Plant. I am also a member of the company’s disaster recovery team.
