Daily Duties at Key Span Energy:

Managed the training and evaluation of 4 field managers in the Nassau County region. Interviewed, selected and trained new personnel for fieldwork. Directed operational logistics, training, evaluations and staff scheduling for 40 field and clerical employees. Regulated the maintenance and assignment of a fleet of 20 corporate vehicles. Managed the daily walk in remittance processing averaging $100,000 per day while auditing for quality assurance and utilizing the Sarbanes-Oxley standards. • Developed and championed the launch of an employee incentive program which resulted in an increase in employee production by 1--3% per month. • Tagged problem regions and innovated programs within other corporate departments to meet and exceed corporate goals. • Executed a seamless flex schedule program to meet personnel needs providing good customer relations together with our internal and external customers. • Established an excellent relationship within several departments • Researched, prepared and analyzed data for reporting purposes for my direct office and interdepartmental offices. • Team associate of a corporate evaluation, development and implementation of our risk management policies and safety awareness programs. • Awarded the 2005 CEO award for demonstrating excellence in the core competencies of Customer Satisfaction, Safety, and Diversity.
