I consulted with over 30 clients on developing procurement strategies designed to lower travel expenses. This was achieved through proposal analysis, contract evaluation, benchmarking and managing RFPs with key procurement vendors. Key accomplishments included: • Cultivated business relationship and strategic alliance with Fox Entertainment and News Corp, which resulted in a $50 million global corporate travel account for Rosenbluth. • Collaborated on the product launch of DACODA, a patented yield management system designed to lower corporate travel expenditure without decreasing travel volume. • Played an integral role in negotiations throughout Brazil, Argentina, Singapore, China, and South Africa. • Executed all aspects of contract management including negotiations and implementations between corporate clients and airlines.
