Daily Duties at Shaklee Corp:
Schedule interviews for new applicants. Prepare all new hire packets for new employees. Audit employees’ files so they are in compliance with current I-9. Keep job database for all resumes up to date. Prepare Benefit packets for new employees. Prepare all new hire “Goodie “bags. Make sure all employees files have current forms in there file. Process work orders for the facilities department. Zip files for resumes to be imported into HR database. Organize all resumes to appropriate job folders. Maintain multiple managers’ calendar. Manage multiple calendars. (Outlook) Coordinate travel arrangements for several departments. Set up meeting request. Help assist in company events. Coordinate all interviews with UC Berkley interns. Create new tables in Excel, and Word as assigned. Create Flyers as needed for Job fairs. Order supplies. Create and send out new job postings. Screen resumes for new job postings. Monitor and screen manager’s voice mail. Return all calls for managers when needed. Respond to customers questions regarding new products.
