Daily Duties at Kaiser It:
Single point of accountability and contact for the processing of Logon ID’s Responsible for processing ID Logons through various groups such as EDS, and National Security using the Remedy Service Request System Troubleshoot tickets for resolution. Reports status of logons to service area leadership Process tickets through Remedy. Provides client interface and support for logon request and inquiries. Responsible for meeting notes for every online meeting. Responsible for handling all tickets for North Bay. Resolve customer’s issues with computer Id’s. Work with the IT department setting up users with new access. Respond via-email to all managers once there ticket is completed. Reset passwords for users who are having issues. First point of contact with all managers assigned to my que. Send out daily for numbers in assigned que. Create bulk spreadsheet s for various projects.
