Daily Duties at Peregrine Semiconductor Australia:
• Managed the entire manufacturing of RF integrated circuits in a class 1 wafer facility, from wafer fabrication to the DC probing of the wafers. This was a 24/7 operation (4 shifts). • Responsible for motivating and evaluating 40 employees on the manufacturing floor. Overseeing the organization and documentation of their work, training and safety. • Carry out capacity planning and scheduling of production to ensure the weekly and quarterly targets were met. • Co-ordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and QA to achieve production goals. • Production goals included achieving weekly outs, yields, and cycle times. • Required to solve problems that occurred on the manufacturing floor, individually and with teams. • Used the MES system to provide data/charts to the executive staff. • The ERP System (Vantage) was used to log all consumables. • Interacted with customers and QA during the floor audits.
