Daily Duties at Peregrine Semiconductor Corp:
• Supervise, organize and monitor the probing and testing of RF devices, including the backend wafers processing in a 24/7 operation (4 Shift). • Responsible for motivating and evaluating 20 employees on the manufacturing floor. Overseeing the organization and documentation of their work, training and safety. • Carry out capacity planning and scheduling of production to ensure the weekly and quarterly targets are met. • Co-ordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and QA to achieve production goals. • Production goals include achieving weekly outs, yields, and cycle times. • Required to solve problems that occurred on the manufacturing floor, individually and with teams. • Used the MES system to provide data/charts to the executive staff. • The ERP System (Vantage) is used to log all consumables including membranes. • Interacted with customers and QA during the floor audits.
