Manage the sales floor, coordinating responsibilities and performance management ensuring proper and consistent application and administration of policies programs and practices. Ensure customer service, merchandising, safety, and security standards are met. Manage the growth and profitability of retail and specialty sales initiatives. Ensure maximum productivity by monitoring sales, setting standards, enforcing employee accountability, sales plan development, and motivation of sales staff.
