Daily Duties at Toshiba America Information Systems:
Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate all techical training for internal and external customers. Later in my career at Toishiba, I performed Root Cause Analysis, utilizing a wide variety of diagnostic tools and software programs. Teamed with Sales, Sales Marketing Engineers, to resolve a wide variety of critical technical issues for sensitive major accounts. Called on key accounts such as AT&T, Boeing Aircraft, Cisco Systems, Delta Airlines, John Deere, Kingston Technologies, PeopleSoft, and Warner Brothers Music. Also maintaining the Toshiba "Notebook for Schools" accounts.
