Manager for all service operations for the newly developed division of Sharp Electronics Corporation. Developed an end-user, Web-Based knowledge base at a cost savings of $30,000 in outside development costs. Designed and implemented current policies for returns, DOA's, warranty claims, and special circumstance exchanges for all display and laptop products.
