Daily Duties at Bekaert Specialty Films:
Using the ADDIE and ISD model I have analyzed training system requirements, created and delivered learner centered, performance based instructor led training (ILT) modules, self-study materials, workbooks, e-Learning, and GoToMeeting training sessions, on a global basis, for all internal associates and external Bekaert customers. Responsible for an annual budget in excess of $250,000 for the training department.
