Managed business office functions of 14 physicians, six mid-level providers in Medical Oncology practice with eight clinical sites throughout Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro area. Directly supervised 21 FTEs in full revenue cycle operation of practice from insurance eligibility through account resolution. Negotiated and maintained contractual agreements with insurance carriers. Supervised credentialing process for new and established providers, utilizing the CACHE on line application when applicable. Functioned as a working manager as needed. Managed operations of practice management systems (Mysis & Centricity PM), which included successfully transition to new software without delay in the daily revenue cycle process. Worked directly with providers , professional staff and carrier provider relation departments on daily basis Supported and adhered to OHOA Compliance Program and Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
