Responsible for the complete revenue cycle averaging $26, 000,000 accounts receivable with a DSO of 35 days.  Supervised negotiation and maintenance of insurance contracting including development of in-house record keeping accessible for accounts receivable staff to ensure accurate reimbursement.  Managed provider-credentialing department, which included software implementation of SysMed to maintain accurate and timely credentialing records.  Worked effectively with providers and other professional staff on a daily basis.  Managed IDX practice management software, which included EDI and ERA.  Supported and adhered to the USON Compliance Program and Best Practices to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
