• Daily operations management and complete Profit &Loss responsibility for a busy restaurant; ensure smooth, seamless operations, quality service, and delivery of outstandingly delicious food to every patron -- average $272,000 in annual sales monthly. • Supervise 68 FOH and 24 BOH crew members which includes planning the weekly schedule, allocating work, training and development, technical guidance, performance evaluation, and problem resolution. • Continuously strive to improve overall customer influx by developing and implementing dynamic sales, promotional, and marketing campaigns and events. • Establish, implement, and company policies and processes, while simultaneously ensuring compliance with all OSHA, EEOC, and other applicable local, state, and federal health and/or restaurant and service codes and regulations. • Manage the ToGo program and conduct Expert Training classes for the region – Monthly Meetings with daily follow-ups of training.
