• Responsible for nineteen (19) remote pharmacies who service the Long Term Care community. • Contributed to the profit/loss of a $25M region by assisting in pharmacy operations. • Directed a region of 98 medical billing managers, supervisors and associates. • Implemented process improvements that reduced company’s Accounts Receivable. • Created process improvements to mitigate denials and protect revenue. • Identified and implemented recruiting opportunities for Regional Office that expediting hiring. • Decreased existing Medicare D Intravenous Accounts Receivable by over 60%.
