Daily Duties at Parkway Realty:
I set the office up to operate sales/rentals. I set appts. for agents and broker. answered phones, filing, processed rental applications, leases, owner contracts, collect rent, bank deposits, dispacthed electricians, plumbmers, contractors and etc. to the properties. Everything pertaining to general office skills.
