We serviced several clients. I made warm calls to the customers of Colonial Penn Life, to give them the info they desired. Answered incoming calls from Hospitals, clinics, and Dr. offices for BoilerMaker Insurance. Checking on claims and eligibility. Set appts w/businesses for Allied Insurance Co, also worked as CSR for People to People Ambassador.
