Daily Duties at Abbott Laboratories:
Lead Formulation Scientist for solid, capsule and liquid oral dosage formulations. Responsible for the development of robust immediate release, and modified release dosage formulations and statistically designed experimentations. Direct input provided for the preparation of IND and NDA submissions. Collaborated in the full development cycle of dosage form from Phase I through NDA preparation. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS: •Per FDA Request, Filed NDA for Kaletra® Capsules and Pediatric Liquid 9 month ahead of schedule, receiving accelerated approval. •Key Driver in the development of a formalized gated scientific review process and project strategy review process for Executive Management Team, leading to faster and more robust product development and time to market.
