Daily Duties at 5/3 Bank:
Increased branch revenues in first year through sales of bank products, including personal loans and commercial accounts. Increased efficiency of sales team through broad spectrum of performance based efforts in order to streamline banking brand and message. Instrumental in developing strategies and tactics capitalizing on sales and growth profits. Established and reinforced brand value by managing and communicating business plans. Coordinated individual brand team message and execution of consumer programs. Sales leader for bank products and services 4 times in 24 months within region, encompassing over 75 banking center colleagues. Maintained customer files on a day to day basis and established electronic funds transfer relationships. Cross sold bank services and performed a variety of assignments as directed by the Banking Center Manager. Responsible for opening and closing procedures as well as making sure the Banking Center is secure at the close of business, including vaults and safety deposit boxes
