Daily Duties at Hurt Management, Inc.:

 Work with clients to sell Kitchens of Atlanta through industry knowledge, building credibility, and relationship building.  Design kitchen and bathroom layouts, draft floor plans and elevations.  Managed an office staff of 6 people including project reports, commission payments, pricing reviews and other job related questions.  Reporting to the President including scheduling daily activities, sales reporting, accounting and monthly reports.  Responsible for marketing and advertising decisions.  Sales support including pricing, ordering and installation management.  Vendor management including working with suppliers, information technology and web design.  Manage compliance of sales team.  Draft and maintain contracts.  Project management.  Budget management.  Reporting to President, responsible for daily activities to include: sales reporting, all functions of accounting (receivable and payable), general human resources, and monthly and annual audits. Maintain showroom and greet clients.  Responsible for maintaining President’s schedule and correspondences.
