Daily Duties at Panloam Ind.:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service department and it's employees by improving the flow and quality of service. Streamline work flow with warehouse Supervisors for optimum performance. Ensure location is in compliance with the Safety standards set forth by the company. Human Resource responsibilities include new hires, training, terminations and personnel issues. Accounting responsibilities include payroll and credits. Up sell customers by building relationships.
