• Assessment of client investment and financial objectives and design of suitable insurance and investment program to meet mutually defined objectives • Specialized in small business owner market designing key employee benefits, business continuation and estate planning • Cold call prospecting and continuous prospecting thru referrals, centers of influence, and direct contact methods to generate new business opportunities • Responsible for meeting monthly production goals and revenue projections • Client renewal retention thru annual review and face-to-face follow-up • Client claim assistance and monitoring of client portfolios for return objectives and coverage
