- Increased departmental profits by improving product offerings, enhanced services, expanded finance programs and improved sales processes. - Expanded department margins by increasing operational efficiencies and improving cost-management structures to maximize profit opportunities, and negotiated vendor product contracts to maximize profit opportunities for the organization - Responsible for overseeing negotiations with retail purchasers, managing sales volume and meeting organizational sales volume and profit objectives - Automated credit processing systems by implementing hardware enhancements, software upgrades and internet tools - Developed and maintained relationships with banking, insurance, and external partners to facilitate financial activities - Developed and implemented control policies and procedures for activities such as financial contracts, credit management, and accounting - Prepared or directed preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, budgets, and reports
