Responsible for selling Education Services and ensure a satisfied customer base to build a sustainable book of business for future success. Major Contributions: Owned and coordinated all aspects of the sales cycle, including power point presentations, demonstrations, negotiations and the closing process. Utilized negotiation and communication skills to significantly expand sales and the level of customer satisfaction. Increased new contract values by working with colleagues on attaching Education to all product deals.
