Daily Duties at Infogix Inc:

Maintain pre and post-sales contact with clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship that culminates in the expanded use of solutions, renewing existing licenses, developing references, growing executive relationships and protecting recurring revenues. The Client Executive communicates with customers in regards to any account problems, customer concerns and suggestions. The CE also has ownership of the customer account plan for each customer in my territory. Major Contributions: Implement and support Customer Loyalty, retention and communication programs Identify Professional Services opportunities and sell strategic services that promote expanded use of products across customer enterprises. Establish and maintain executive level relationships with customers Generate leads for the Sales and assist in getting deals signed
