Increased retention to 87% through Talent+, a behavioral-based interviewing process as well as creating a staffing benchmark for all divisions. Increased company-wide performance by 12% via PX2 platform, a performance management system linked to five competencies: Customer Service, Productivity, Quality, Teamwork and Compliance. Most significant increases were in Underwriting +17% and Post Closing +15% . Successfully merged SecurityOne Valuation Services and SmarterTitle into the TB&W portfolio as well as franchise acquisition of Cactus Car Wash. Reduced EEOC claims 6% over two years by adding an employee harassment and sensitivity training class and mandatory Supervisory training class for newly promoted and hired supervisors which had to be repeated every two years, in addition to Orientation training. Reduced HR staffing budget by implementing Taleo, an ATS system and HR Express, an automated onboarding which centralized recruitment to the Corporate office and reduced agency fees as well as implementing by creating an in-house database of candidates. Managed employee relations issues by following a progressive discipline process. Conducted investigations related to employee complaints, harassment, and hostile work environment to successful resolve.
