Developed division’s brand and promotional programs and strategies in an effort to grow brand recognition and exceed annual traffic plan. Directed all advertising, promotions, creative development, paid search, PR activities, media relationships, and marketing and advertising vendors; managed event, realtor, and Internet marketing; oversaw website content, database marketing efforts, and traditional advertising; and negotiated all media buys. Reviewed buyer survey data, primary and syndicated research, and made strategy recommendations to senior management. Prepared and monitored monthly and annual marketing budgets. Partnered with business analyst in implementing new marketing ROI measurement program. Served as senior member of Division Operating Committee. -Created Internet Home Advisor position effectively doubling Internet leads and improving lead response; drove division from 28th to 2nd (out of 54) in Internet lead response. -Grew market share from 19% to 22% within one year while increasing unit lead 100+ units over nearest competitor; increased market share 3 points by executing creative channel marketing campaigns, responding quickly to sales team needs, and partnering with national consumer brands to drive sales. -Increased realtor referrals 14% by creating a highly focused realtor marketing program; became a model program throughout the corporation. -Gained control over spiraling marketing budget by renegotiating contracts, cutting avoidable expenses, and consolidating vendors; cut newspaper budget $1200 per week without negatively impacting ad performance.
