Built, coached and supervised retail team to ensure exemplary customer relations, increased sales and high quality standards. Orchestrated execution of sales and merchandising strategies; aligned retail operations with company policies and procedures. Managed P&L for 4 outside stores with annual revenues ranging from $4M-$7M. Reported to the Vice President of Retail for the Anschutz Entertainment group, Staples Center. Maximize profits by consulting on and establishing pricing and portions for products and services. Generated reports for corporate headquarters.
