Daily Duties at At&T:
Installation of Satellite, Fiber, U-verse Voice, Internet and digital TV services with Internet Protocol (IP) technology. Educate customers on service features and functionality. Up-sell company products and services. Practice safety and safe driving techniques on a daily basis. Inventory control and documentation of reports. Training and development of incoming technicians. Repair any cables, equipment, or services related to AT&T internet and entertainment operations.
