Daily Duties at Ats:
Directed the applications engineering groups in Oregon, California and Arizona providing concept, costing and proposals ranging from $200,000 to over $10,000,000 in magnitude for the pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive, semiconductor and electronics industries. Increased quote hit rate by 15% in less than a year by increasing the accuracy of the proposals and superior concept utilization. Improved quote on-time delivery by 15% in less than one year by improving internal communication, task assignment and progress review on weekly basis. Participated in ISO certification audit along with the quality department
