Daily Duties at Triumph Boats:

Create, monitor and distribute all production schedules for manufacturing floor. Ensure Manufacturing efficiencies are maximized by adjusting production schedule to meet the needs of the customer as well as not disrupt the manufacturing flow. Ensure communication and objectives are clear and concise between Sales and Production departments. Input and manage all manufacturing jobs into MRP and Scheduling system. Coordinate the proper flow of materials to the production floor. Communicate any changes in priorities to all departments. Conduct daily morning production meeting with all department heads, ensuring that all departments understand daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Oversee Transportation Department, ensure all shipping schedules are accurate and product is shipped to dealer base in a cost effective and timely manner.
