Daily Duties at Triumph Boats:

Manage all warranty issues with worldwide dealer and customer base; supervise customer service, warranty, transportation, production scheduling, and sales admin staff for developing and maintaining key accounts and improving departmental efficiencies. Oversee and receive phone calls from customers and dealers regarding product and company policies, as well as resolve any disputes between customers and Triumph Boats or Triumph Boats dealers. Identify and implement Training needs; guide, mentor and coach team members. Track product failures and report trends to vendors and upper management with recommendations for resolution. Ensure all product repairs are completed in accordance with Triumph Boats’ warranty policies and procedures. Make certain all warranty claims are accurate, processed and paid in accordance with Triumph Boats policies and procedures. Direct entry and execution of all orders for product, parts, and warranty orders into MRP system. Manage projects for various departments such as online parts ordering, and yearly sales and service dealer manuals. Determine reason for product failures as well as implement and communicate resolutions. Create, maintain, and update warranty procedures as needed. Review and ensure all product documentation is completed correctly. Act as factory representative in all legal disputes. Maintain all Scheduling Manager duties, while Managing Transportation Department, ensure all production and shipping schedules are accurate and product is built and shipped to dealer base in a cost-effective and timely manner. Maintain all engine inventories, create forecasts, and order all engines with engine manufacturers.
